IPTV Smarters Pro has desktop versions for Windows and macOS. Download the installer from the official IPTV Smarters website (or the Mac App Store listing, where available), install it, choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter your name, username, password and server URL. If you prefer something simpler, open your M3U link in VLC.

Stores and download pages change, so use the developer’s official website to find the current version, and avoid any other site that offers “free pro” files.
Install on Windows
- Download the Windows installer from the official website.
- Run the installer and follow the prompts.
- Open IPTV Smarters Pro from the Start menu.
Install on Mac
- Open the Mac App Store and search for “IPTV Smarters Pro”, or download the macOS version from the official website.
- Install it and open it from Launchpad.
- If macOS blocks a downloaded app, open System Settings → Privacy & Security and allow it, but only for a file you downloaded from the official site.
Log in with Xtream Codes
After you order, or request the free 24-hour trial, IPTVMaple sends your login by email and WhatsApp: a server URL, username and password (an Xtream Codes login) and an M3U link if your app prefers it.
- Click Add User and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Enter any name, then the username, password and server URL.
- Click Add User. Live TV, movies, series and the guide appear.

Send a computer to the TV
Connect the computer to your TV with an HDMI cable, or use a Chromecast or Firestick for a wireless setup. For a permanent living-room solution, a Firestick with TiviMate is usually more comfortable than a laptop.
Troubleshooting on Windows and Mac
- Black screen — update your graphics driver, or switch the player in Smarters’ settings.
- Login fails — re-copy the credentials; check for spaces.
- Stutters — use Ethernet and close other apps. See the buffering fixes.
- App not opening on Mac — re-download from the official source and allow it in Privacy & Security.

Searching for “iptv pc”, “iptv macbook” or “mac iptv”?
An IPTV player for PC is any app that can load your subscription on Windows. On a MacBook or iMac the same applies. The Smarters Pro app (people also type “iptv smasters pc” or “smarters pro pc”) is the easiest because it takes the same Xtream login as your phone. A smart IPTV player on Mac or PC also exists, but that product uses a different upload system (see Smart IPTV).
Setup on a laptop in 5 steps
- Install the app from the developer’s site, or use VLC if you only want a quick test.
- Start the free trial to get your login.
- Choose “Login with Xtream Codes API” and paste the three details.
- Pick the live TV category, then the channel.
- For a bigger picture, connect the laptop to your TV by HDMI. A Firestick is the cheaper, quieter option.
