An Xtream Codes (or “Xtream IPTV”) login is three pieces of information: a server URL (with port), a username and a password. Apps like TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, XCIPTV and IMPlayer use it to load live TV, movies, series and the TV guide in one step. It’s the recommended way to use your IPTVMaple subscription.
Where does the name come from?
Xtream Codes was originally software used by IPTV providers to run their servers. The company behind it shut down in 2019, but its login standard — the “Xtream Codes API” — became the norm, and players still label the option “Xtream Codes” today.
